It is always amazing to watch the high level of competition that is exhibited at the McQuaid Invitational, and to see our own BH-BL athletes compete so well against so many other great athletes and teams.
The Fall weather finally arrived, bringing a crisp chill to the air and a cold wind. The temperature never warmed much above 50 but was good for running and the course was dry and fast.
The Boys Varsity ‘B’ race started the race day off for BH. As the race progressed BH runners kept working their way up, with Nick crossing the line in 2nd place out of 310 finishers! Well done Nick! He was followed by Dante, Logan, Bobby and Kevin in the top 40, and Ryan S and David nearby. This was enough to put the team in 3rd place overall, out of 27 teams!
